ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited, NIST-Traceable Humidity Calibration

The humidity calibration we perform is backed by a documented ISO/IEC 17025:2017 scope and full measurement uncertainty analysis. Our accredited humidity calibration certificates carry traceability to national standards through NIST and are accepted for IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and AS9100 quality system audits. When accuracy is non-negotiable, accreditation is your proof.

Where Accurate Humidity Calibration Matters

Inaccurate humidity readings cause product defects, failed stability testing, and compliance findings. Regular humidity calibration keeps critical environments within specification.

Aerospace and Defense

Avionics bays, altitude chambers, and environmental test equipment depend on exact humidity readings. Calibrated humidity transmitters and chambers ensure flight-critical systems meet specification, supporting AS9100 traceability requirements.

Pharmaceutical and Biotech

Stability chambers, cleanrooms, and storage environments require validated humidity readings. Accredited humidity calibration supports ISO 13485 documentation and product-quality compliance.

Food and Beverage

Storage, processing, and packaging environments rely on accurate humidity measurement to prevent spoilage and maintain safe, compliant operations.

Industrial Manufacturing

Electronics assembly, textile production, and materials storage depend on calibrated humidity sensors and chambers to maintain product quality on the production floor.

How Our Service Works

How Our Humidity Calibration Process Works

Incoming humidity instruments are logged, inspected for damage, and matched to their calibration history.

Instruments are calibrated across multiple humidity set points against traceable reference standards.

We record all test results, calibration adjustments, and measurement data, then generate a NIST-traceable calibration certificate with a detailed report on the data.

Instruments are returned on your schedule, with lab, on-site, and expedited turnaround options available.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should humidity instruments be calibrated?

Most humidity transmitters and chart recorders should be calibrated at least once every 12 months. Instruments used in reference-level, high-cycle, or regulated environments should be recalibrated more frequently to stay within tolerance.

Do you provide accredited humidity calibration certificates?

Yes. Micro Precision issues ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration certificates with full measurement uncertainty statements and documented NIST traceability, accepted for IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and AS9100 quality system audits.

Can you calibrate dew point meters and humidity chambers?

Yes. Our humidity calibration services cover dew point meters, humidity chambers, transmitters, chart recorders, and psychrometers across a wide relative humidity range, up to 95% RH.
