Description
The Tektronix P5200 Probe is a high-voltage differential probe designed for accurate measurements in electrical applications. With a 50X/500X attenuation ratio and a bandwidth of 50MHz, it is capable of capturing high-frequency signals with precision. The probe has an input impedance of 10 Megaohm and 2pF capacitance, ensuring minimal loading on the circuit under test.
