The Tektronix P5102 High Voltage Probe is a passive probe designed to accurately measure high voltage signals with a frequency bandwidth of up to 100MHz. This probe is specifically designed for use in demanding applications where high voltage levels need to be measured, such as power electronics testing, motor drive analysis, and power supply design.
