– Surface Roughness: ≤ 0.5 nm (RMS)
– Edge Profile: SEMI-standard or custom edge profile
– Dopant: Intrinsic (undoped), P-type, N-type, or custom doping
– Resistivity: Standard resistivity ranges available (custom resistivity available upon request)
– Particle Level: ≤ 0.2 particles/cm² (≥ 0.3 µm)
