Description
The Extech EN300 5-in-1 Environmental Meter is a versatile instrument designed to measure multiple environmental parameters with accuracy and convenience. This meter combines five essential functions in one device, including humidity, temperature, air velocity, light, and sound measurements. It offers a wide range of capabilities suitable for various applications, from HVAC system monitoring to indoor environmental quality assessments. The EN300 features a built-in sensor for humidity and temperature, providing readings in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. It also includes a vane sensor for air velocity measurements in feet per minute (fpm) and meters per second (m/s), as well as a precision photodiode and color correction filter for light level measurements in foot-candles (fc) and lux. Additionally, the sound level measurement function uses a condenser microphone to capture sound levels in decibels (dB). The meter’s large LCD display with backlight ensures clear visibility of measurements, and it includes functions such as data hold, min/max recording, and auto power off for energy conservation.
