Description
A flexible and powerful measuring module for use in automated test systems is the Agilent E4861A VXI. This module conveniently integrates into VXI-based test systems thanks to its VXIbus interface, making it possible to measure numerous electronic components accurately and efficiently. The E4861A has a broad variety of measurement capabilities, including the ability to measure both AC and DC voltage and current up to 50 kHz as well as DC voltage and current. It is the perfect option for demanding applications that call for accurate and consistent measurements because to its exceptional accuracy and low noise performance. In addition, the module has a built-in 6-digit multimeter that enables straightforward and accurate measurements without the use of an additional tool.
