Description
The ABB BTSB Secondary Injection Test Set is a workbench tool specifically designed to test and calibrate solid-state trip devices like the ABB MPS-C and MPSC-2000. It utilizes microprocessor-controlled technology to inject precise secondary current or voltage into the trip device, simulating various electrical conditions. This allows technicians to assess the functionality of all aspects of the trip device, including overload and fault protection thresholds, time delays, and current metering accuracy. The BTSB can perform up to 35 tests and even features built-in calibration routines to ensure its own accuracy.
