The North Star High Voltage PVM-11 is a probe designed for safely measuring high voltage DC up to 10kV (continuous) and 12kV (peak). It achieves this by attenuating the voltage by a factor of 1000, making it compatible with lower voltage measuring instruments like oscilloscopes or multimeters.
