Description
The Tektronix VX4491 VXI is a high-performance, multi-channel data acquisition and control module designed to meet the demanding requirements of automated test and measurement systems. With its compact size and modular architecture, it offers flexibility and scalability for various applications. The VX4491 features 16 analog input channels, each with a 16-bit resolution and a sampling rate of up to 250 kSamples per second. It also includes eight digital input/output lines and two counter/timer channels for precise event timing and measurement. The module supports a wide range of input voltage levels, making it suitable for both low and high-voltage signals. The VX4491 is compatible with the VXIbus standard, ensuring seamless integration into existing VXI-based systems.
